1. Order Processing Time

  • 7–10 business days processing after payment confirmation
  • Warehouse open Mon–Fri (excluding holidays)
  • Weekends/holidays may incur slight delays

2. Shipping Cost

Default shipping covers tariffs/duties where applicable. Air freight upgrades incur:

  • Freight cost difference
  • Estimated import duties & tariffs

✈️ Small Air Wall lights <20” 10–14 days 1–2 days ~2 weeks
🚢 Standard Sea Fixtures >20” 25–28 days 3–5 days ~4 weeks
🛳️ Oversized Sea Fixtures >60”/Furniture 35–40 days 3–5 days ~6 weeks

4. Transportation Upgrade

  • Switching to air after order requires cost difference payment
  • Customer responsible for all duties/taxes
  • Customs clearance may add 1–3 business days

5. Delivery Options

5.1 Standard (Free)

  • Small/medium: front door/garage, no signature
  • Large: curbside, signature required

5.2 Curbside

  • Curb/driveway delivery with appointment
  • Signature & exterior inspection required

5.3 Threshold

  • Dry area (porch/garage), appointment & signature
  • Inspect & refuse if damaged

5.4 White Glove (Upgrade)

  • Room-of-choice delivery
  • Unbox & assemble; remove packaging
  • Appointment & fee apply; inspect before signing

6. Tracking Your Order

7. Delays & Compensation

7.1 Notification

  • We’ll alert you within 3–5 business days of delays
  • Includes updated status, ETA, and solutions

7.2 Eligibility

  • Delay >4 weeks
  • Not held in customs
  • Correct address provided

7.3 Compensation Table

8. Final Notes

  • Includes basic EXW insurance
