- 7–10 business days processing after payment confirmation
- Warehouse open Mon–Fri (excluding holidays)
- Weekends/holidays may incur slight delays
2. Shipping Cost
Default shipping covers tariffs/duties where applicable. Air freight upgrades incur:

- Estimated import duties & tariffs

4. Transportation Upgrade
- Switching to air after order requires cost difference payment

- Small/medium: front door/garage, no signature
- Large: curbside, signature required
5.2 Curbside
- Curb/driveway delivery with appointment
- Signature & exterior inspection required
5.3 Threshold
- Dry area (porch/garage), appointment & signature
- Inspect & refuse if damaged
5.4 White Glove (Upgrade)
- Room-of-choice delivery
- Unbox & assemble; remove packaging
- Appointment & fee apply; inspect before signing
