Convenient logistics
lumifys provides a standard delivery service for all orders on the site free of charge. We export our products to the world. We are working with DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and the global shipping lines to deliver the products to our customer with a speedy and safe condition. Shipping companies at sea are primarily used to deliver the large and fragile products to your doorstep.
Estimated Delivery Time
Processing Time: 3-5 business days. Shipping time is 2–6 weeks, depending on the package size and order quantity.
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)
Return Policy
We have an insurance policy for thirty days (natural days). I'm sorry if you've been getting the goods according to your tracking number for thirty days, we can't pay you back or trade for you. This is something we regret. To qualify for a return or exchange, you must inquire within that time window.
In order to be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received. It also needs to be in the original wrapper.
